Festivals, venues, and independent promoters use FreeholdIP to sell tickets on their own payment account, deliver passes fans hold on their phones with nothing to install, and run gates that answer in about a second with no wifi and no cell signal. The per-ticket fees you send a ticketing platform today stay in your event instead.
Ticket sales check out on your own Stripe account, straight to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule, or through any checkout you already use. We supply the software: the event page, the pass, and the gate. We never hold a dollar of ticket revenue, and there is no per-ticket platform fee stacked on top of your card processing.
Your crew scans with an ordinary phone: green for a genuine, unused pass; a screenshot of someone else's pass fails; a pass that already went through comes up ALREADY USED with who punched it, when, and at which gate. Passes rotate their codes every few seconds, and the gate keeps working when connectivity dies, because it carries everything it needs. Volunteer-friendly: sign in once, point, scan.
Fans claim passes to keys generated on their own phones. We never collect their names, emails, or payment details, so there is no honeypot of attendee data sitting in our system, or yours, waiting to be breached. Your buyers' payment details live where they already do: with your payment processor.
We set up every organizer personally, the same vetting we give credential issuers, so fans can trust that a pass wearing your name really comes from you. We're currently running a free pilot program for a small number of selected promoters — if you run a gate and want your next event on it, apply below and tell us about your event. Beyond the pilot, pricing is a flat arrangement designed to cost less than the per-ticket fees you pay today.
