Every day, people who run nonprofits pour themselves into the people they serve. Members, volunteers, donors, families. But the records behind all of that are scattered. A spreadsheet for the members. Another one for attendance. Donations in QuickBooks. Paper forms in a binder. And when the grant report is due, someone loses a whole afternoon putting it back together.
That's why we built The Office. The Office is one place for the people side of your organization: your contacts, your gifts, your volunteers, your events and your members. It runs in your web browser, with nothing to install.
Here's what a normal week looks like. A coach checks people in to a class from a link on their phone, without signing in to anything. A new member fills in their information and signs their paperwork online. Gifts come in from your own donation pages and from your QuickBooks books, and The Office makes sure the same gift is never counted twice. Then it shows you who still needs a thank-you letter.
What does that mean in practice? It means the grant report takes a minute: every class, how many came, and the participant hours, ready to download. It means volunteers sign up for shifts from a link, and sponsors choose a level and pay online. And it means you finally see your whole organization in one place.
Now, I know what you might be thinking. Our members trust us with personal information, even health information. Who can see it? In The Office, health details sit under their own key, so only the people you choose can read them. Everything is sealed on your own computer before it leaves, so the server that keeps the copy cannot read it. And you can download every record in one file, any day you like.
The Office is built for nonprofits, community programs, member gyms and event promoters: organizations who want to spend their time on people, not paperwork.
We'd love to show you how it works. We shape it to the way your organization works. To learn more, visit freeholdip.com. Your people. Your records. One office.
Ticketing
1 minute 27 seconds. The event shown is DemoFest, a demonstration event; the gate screens are illustrations. How ticketing works
Read the words instead
If you run a festival, a venue, or your own shows, you know the ticketing platform takes a cut of every ticket. And when your gate is out in a field with no signal, the line stops moving.
FreeholdIP lets you run your own ticketing. You sell on your own event page, in your own colors, and the money goes straight into your own Stripe account. We never hold a dollar of it.
Your fans buy in their phone's web browser, with nothing to install. The ticket link becomes their pass. A family can buy several tickets in one payment and carry every pass on one phone.
At the gate, your crew scans with an ordinary phone. A real pass turns green. A screenshot of someone else's pass fails, and a pass that already went through says so, with when and at which gate. And the gate keeps working with no signal.
For walk-ups and lost phones, one box office screen looks up a buyer, reissues a lost pass, or hands a walk-up a ticket.
Our fee is one flat number, agreed before the event: fifty cents for each ticket you expect to sell, with a one hundred fifty dollar minimum. It never comes out of your ticket sales, and if you have a great year, the upside is yours.
Your first selected event is free. Try a demo ticket on your phone, or apply for the pilot, at freeholdip.com.
Credentials
1 minute 12 seconds. The profile shown is a demonstration record. For issuers

A license, a certificate, a diploma. Today, checking one usually means a phone call, an email, or a login to someone else's website.
FreeholdIP lets boards, schools and associations issue licenses, certifications and diplomas that the holder owns, and that anyone can verify for free.
Each credential is sealed with your digital signature. Alter one character and it stops verifying. Checking one takes seconds, with no login and no fee.
The proof rests on your own domain. Your signing key is published in your own DNS, and whoever is checking reads it directly, with no FreeholdIP server in the loop.
A copy the holder keeps still checks out, even if your systems, or ours, go away.
We set up every issuer personally, to confirm you are the organization you say you are. You generate your signing key in your own browser, and we never see it.
Licenses and certificates people keep for life. To become a verified issuer, visit freeholdip.com.
Fiduciary authority

When a power of attorney looks stale, the bank stalls. Is it still in force?
With FreeholdIP, an attorney issues a client's power of attorney as a signed record.
A bank confirms in seconds whether it is in force, revoked, or passed to a successor. No login, no call.
FreeholdIP takes custody of no assets or keys, and gives no legal advice.
