Your organization's ID ?

The name of the identity FreeholdIP put on the public record for your organization when it was approved. Together with your password it unlocks your digital signature key, in your browser only; we never receive your key, just a signature proving it's you.

Password Sign-in file (only needed the first time on a new device)

Forgot your password or lost your sign-in file? Restore with your 24 recovery words

If your organization sells tickets through FreeholdIP, signing in also lets FreeholdIP sign them on your behalf, and mark them refunded or used, with a separate key that can do nothing else. Your own key never leaves this device.

Your recovery sheet makes a new sign-in file for this device, with a new password.

Your organization's ID Your 24 recovery words, in the order your sheet numbers them

You can paste all 24 at once into box 1. Spaces, capital letters, numbers and line breaks do not matter.

An older sheet with 12 words? Fill boxes 1 to 12.

New password (at least 8 characters) New password again

Your recovery words and your new password never leave this browser. This page checks your words against your organization's public key, and FreeholdIP receives only the same signatures a normal sign-in sends.

Save your new sign-in file now. You need it to sign in on another computer, and a sign-in file you had before still opens only with your old password.
